Yes. Use one of your patterns as a basic template, and keep it private. You can then create other patterns by simply duplicating your template every time you wish to use it. To duplicate a pattern, click the settings button next to the pattern you wish to duplicate and then click the 'Duplicate pattern' option. Note: all your photos and instructions will be duplicated, so make sure you modify your new pattern accordingly.
