No — you don’t need to write every size twice. Add all sizes in the Sizes field using one of the approved formats: Size1 (Size2, Size3, Size4) or Size1 (Size2) Size3 (Size4) or Size1 (Size2, Size3)(Size4, Size5) (eg XS/S (M, L/XL, XXL). Smart sizing recognises those sizes, highlights which sizes apply across the entire ePattern (measurements, instructions and charts) and lets crafters choose to view their size only so only the chosen size is shown in bold. You may also use the per-line sizes control to mark which size(s) each line applies to, using the toolbar that shows as you click into a line. Then preview the pattern (or use the demo above) to confirm everything.
