Latest noteProgress 100% Date Aug 13, 2021 Project The Split Summer Top Mood 😓 i finished all the panels and the edging by now. i wanted to try the top on before sewing on the snap fasteners only to notice that even after all the measurements and rework i did it still doesn't fit me. i chose size xs/s and the balloon fit but it's too wide around the chest and could be a few cm shorter. i think this is a beautiful idea for a top but sadly the pattern didn't work for me even though it's very easy to follow. maybe it turns out better if you use cotton yarn as recommended. i will try to rework it again for a better fit, aiming for a cropped and smaller version. but as for now, with the deadline for this project being today, this is my result.
