Latest noteProgressDateJan 14, 2025ProjectMood😊My amigurumi sewing skills need work but here is my finished lazy dog. I always have to make things challenging for myself so I ended up using a tiny size 10 hook after forgetting I was using a 2mm hook so I believe the 2mm is a lot easier and doesn't slip off the hook as easily. The pattern was great my only recommendation is writing in which row of stitch's to sew head ,ears ,legs and tail . Other than that pretty easy to follow. (Next time I would add more stuffing I definitely didn't add enough)
This is my first completed Ribblr pattern!!
I have done other amigurumi with worsted weight yarn and a full skein of embroidery floss.
For this amigurumi dog I used a:
2mm and a size 10 crochet hook (2mm is a lot easier)
2 skeins of embroidery floss in the color 300
A little of embroidery floss from 301 for the ears
Each skein was divided in half so I crocheted with 3 strings instead of 6
He ended up about 2 inches long
This took many hours of time and patience.
