I was trying to find a free chicken pattern in a style I liked and this one is perfect. The chicken is fairly tall, so next time I might take off a few SC rounds but that is just my personal preference. :) TIP If you are using Bernat Blanket yarn (this works with other yarns too!) and the bottom or your chicken is starting to make a cone shape, instead of putting 6 SC into you MR, put 12 SC and skip the first INC round. This helps prevent that cone shape from happening with your final product!
