Round 18 - I got 35 sts and x7
Round 19 - I got 28 sts and x7
Round 20 - I got 21 sts and x7
Round 22 - I got 14 sts and x7
Round 23 - I got 7 sts and x7
I would also mention in round 23 that you have to fasten off and leave a tail for sewing the whole shut.
