Added petals. Pattern is clear and easy to follow, but you may want to clarify if there should be 8 or 9 total petals. Other than that, it's good!

Finished the 4 flippers! No issues with the pattern!

Finished the head. I am using Big Twist yarn and a 3.75mm hook. Good so far, only recommendation is to add parenthesis's to certain rows like (sc 2,Dec)x4. Otherwise it is unclear whether you have to sc 2 and then Dec 4 times or (sc 2, Dec) 4 times. Super cute!
