Blocking, should be able to put it together tomorrow, so excited!!

When this yarn transitioned to the solid color I can see the solid colors work best for this beautiful stitch to show up. I am enjoying this design. The tip to use the crochet hook to pull the yarn through on the design was very helpful for the last part of the flower. I would say this is probably an advanced beginner knit, tho a beginner could do this if they pay closer attention.

It took me frogging the first rows of the flower pattern when it didnt look like it was suppose to, to realize I was suppose to be knitting two stitches over and down 3 rows on my left needle and then knitting those two unknitted stitches on my left needle, corrected it and looks much better.. its an easy stitch, just my misunderstanding. Its unfortunate that marled yarn is not a great match for this beautiful pattern, as it the pattern does not show well. Most of the rest of the yarn is not marled, Ill see how that looks and keep that in mind the next time I knit this up.

I knit loosely and have to go down a needle size but using 10.5 instead of 10. First time using this yarn but it looks nice. Getting started, 4 rows done, getting ready to start the flowers. Hope this yarn shows the flowers well.
