Alpine stitch kindle/book sleeveI used a 3 weight yarn with a 3.5 crochet hook and it fit my 7 by 5.5 inch kindle. I loved this pattern and it is was easy while also teaching me how to do a new stitch. There is a little typo on the tools page where you accidentally wrote ad instead of and. You might also want to clarify with row to do between rounds 6 and 22 rather than saying 4-5.
