I used premier just chenille yarn, 100% polyester super bulky 6 (but i think it's very thin) Color #: 2017-04 Mint I used my G/6-4.00MM hook row 22 no instructions on eye placement. wasn't sure which side was top or bottom. I used your photo to guess. I assume the finished end that gets sewn closed is the top. so I put the eyes 3/4 up the body. I didn't know what eye size was recommended so I used 10mm. Row 25: wasn't sure if it was only 2 stitches or repeat these 2 stitches to end of row. ( I repeated them for the row then followed the decrease row 26 but it was so tight and it formed a peak that didn't look right, so I frogged it back and just put the Dec, sc, then 6 dec from row 26 and it left the right amount of space to sew closed nicely. If I was buying this pattern I would want more information on eye placement, size, and photos of mouth and cheek embroidery if it was part of the overall finished look. I can see you have a pink cheek on the side by one eye so I assume it has cheeks and a mouth. I will put them on my pickle for the final photo. The rest of the pattern works up very easily and without any complications. very easy to follow. the final pickle is adorable! I would love to use a large mason pickle jar and fill it with different sized pickles and have customers use a tong to pick their pickle out at my craft booth sales!
