I recently picked up crochet as a hobby, and thought a ball would be ideal to practice crocheting in the round, changing colors, and practicing fundamental stitches. I'm very happy with how it turned out (after unraveling it twice because slip stitching and closing each round is the key to this, not spiraling!) and will keep this for a long time to come!
