Ruffle Bucket Hat I had to frog the last 2 rows of the top for sizing purposed. My daughters head circumference was 24" so the 31" was way too big. I extended the sides by 1 row so it would sit a little deeper on her head and only did "dc, inc" for the first row of the brim to limit the amount of ruffles. I have never made a bucket hat before and this patten was really easy to work up. Thank you
