Finished! I inserted the eyes between rounds 9 & 10, and they're about 20mm wide. He turned out so cute!

The ruffle is done, but it's hard to get a good picture. Just know it looks like a really big lasagna noodle

Rounds 7-14 completed. Will probably use eyes that are 20+mm; gonna see what I have handy.
