Latest noteProgress Date Jan 25, 2024 Project Tiny Tophat Mood 😊 This is the tiny penguin that I made the tiny top hat for. Please don't mind the sewing needles keeping the hat on as I haven't sewn it down yet because I still need to make the wings and feet for the penguin and the hat will be the last thing I sew on so it doesn't get in the way.
