On the 4th red stripe, or 3rd if you want a smaller one, don‘t change colors and ss to beg chain. Each stripe is worked in TC . I am adding this to help with explaining

Alternate red, then white, each time changing color on the 3rd loop and keeping the alternator color behind the work.
