Finished the cookie and I feel like one side is smaller than the other and I'm not sure why. I know the recipe says stuff lightly, but I stuffed it to plush because I like a nice fat plushie. I solved the overstuff pooching on the cookies with the extra thread I had, where I just sewed it to the top and bottom in the middle and pulled to preferred height.
