I think the marks I did on my cellphone on the pattern didn‘t sync automatically, and I ended up doing a bunch of extra rows that I had to frog. Going to stick to marking only on my laptop now now (:

It took me a few minutes to realize that for the straight fit those sc that have to be substituted for hdc are the very first ones after the foundation chain. Keep it in mind :)
