Latest noteProgressDateNov 12, 2022ProjectMood🎉I used a DK weight cotton (60%) acrylic (40%) blend (Bernat Softee Baby) for my vase. The vase measures 4.75" and the bulb about 3.25" at widest . I used a 2.75mm hook, thinking my tension is normally on the looser side, but probably could have sized up to 3.25mm (and I did for the puff stitching).
As far as the pattern, I think it is solid and easy to understand. The pictures/videos added for specific techniques or potential trouble spots (like, how to insert hook for puff stitch, deep sc, and adding the inner lid) clearly demonstrate the task and improve clarity significantly. The design of the vase is pretty, and I like the detailing on the base and rim immensely, as well as the no sew aspect of it. I appreciate how customizable it is - one can easily jazz it up or keep it more simplistic, or just change up the yarn/yarn size and have a different look.
