Latest noteProgress 100% Date Mar 04, 2023 Project Fairytale Floral Cottage Mood 🎉 This pattern was so fun to work on, and I'm just awed and amazed at the level of care and detail that went into its creation! It's truly impressive! Not only is it a robust pattern, which one might expect given this epic, creative design, but Karla was even so generous as to give tutorials for the speciality stitches, making it accessible for most skillsets. Myself, I learned five new stitches over the course of the pattern. This is more than just a blanket, but a work of art and provides a beautiful canvas to allow one's own imagination to flourish! Thank you for allowing me the great pleasure to try my hand with this fantastic pattern. Can't wait to make another ^.^

Might add a note to this section about how this is what you did to achieve a random look, but that it's not rigid and can be freestyled to personal preference so folks don't think it has to look a specific way and then no one is having to stress as much about stitch counts and whatnot - basically what you told me in our messages.

Row 6: Add comma between 2sc and hdc. Also after experimenting, I found the row ending one stitch shy actually works better for achieving that rounded turning edge; I would just make a note of it so people aren't thinking they did something wrong.

Row 7: Omit the parentheses entirely or replace with brackets the [in same st as hdc from previous row...] instruction.  I would suggest the same for the 'in bottom stitch' part or rewrite: 4dc in bottom stitch to turn.

Row 8: You might just add to 'along bottom' a comma and expand 'along the bottom, aka our initial starting chain' or potentially rephrase parenthetical to something like '12 sc [across starting chain] to eliminate some wordiness, but that's not a biggie, more stylistic. I would add more punctuation to help break up this section to help ease of following, perhaps something akin to:

'Row 8 (along bottom): 12 sc [working into the initial starting chain], ch 1, turn. Working back along the scs you just made: sc2tog, 10sc, ch1 and turn. Sc2tog, 7sc, sc2tog, ch1, turn. Sc2tog, 5sc, sc2tog, ch 1 turn. Sc2tog, 3sc, sc2tog, ch1, turn.  Sc2tog, sc, sc2tog, ch1, turn. Sc3tog, ch1, do not turn. Slst as evenly as possible down the overhang you have just made.'

I could definitely be mistaken here, but I also think we might not need to turn after that sc3tog.

Row 9: A different photos than row 8 would be helpful to reference against, if available.

Row 10: Similarly, a photo of the completed piece would be a bonus. This section also ends with '2 slst, slst' and not sure if that's intentional, if one of those slst is meant to join to starting stitch, or something else?

The photo at the start of the section is wonderful; I think adding it in again on row 10 would be a great addition.
