The custom pattern will work best for young teens and adults. You can experiment using a smaller hook size and a lighter-weight yarn to make mittens for small children*

Skill Level: Advanced beginner

Stitches used: Single crochet, increase, invisible decrease, magic ring, slip stitch, and color change.

Materials:

12mm flat back safety eyes *you can melt the pointed end of regular safety eyes after positioning it so they have a flat back* (or black buttons/small magic circles in black)

Worsted weight yarn in: black & white (For this pattern you need to use 2 strands at once. You can also use a single strand, but you may need to alter the pattern slightly, please let me know if you have any questions)
