The idea of this pattern is that you can use the yarn that you want, in terms of weight, color, and material. Basically, you can do whatever you want. There are no rules! ;) that's why I called this pattern Life is a Carnival.

This is a made-to-measure design, this means you measure yourself and follow the pattern instructions (trust me, it is so easy to adapt to any size!). It is super customizable, you can get the length that you want simply by adding (or not) more rows.

If you want to experience different stitches and have a lot of fun, this is definitively your next project!

PATTERN LANGUAGE: English

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate (However, I have included detailed steps by steps pictures throughout so it may be suitable for an advanced beginner).

If you want your top to get the same look as my first picture, you will need:

CROCHET HOOK: 6.5 mm

YARN: Chunky|(7wpi). You can use leftover yarn.
