This is a crocheted cover for a T shaped cane handle. Perfect for anyone who wants to jazz up their mobility aid, doesn't like the rubber feel of the handle, or wants to keep the handle cleaner.
Soft, slightly stretchy yarn is great for this project because it needs to slip over either end of a T-shape cane handle. If you or your loved one has any issues with certain materials, be sure to use a yarn that will accommodate these issues. I would not use wool for this project, in case the yarn gets wet and shrinks. I like using an acrylic, cotton, or blended baby yarn that will dry quickly.
