I remember when I was growing up there was a little song we learned in school that said, "Christmas is coming the goose is getting fat, please put a penny in the old man's hat . If you haven't got a penny, a half a penny will do. If you don't have a half a penny God bless you".
Now, at least here in Texas at my house, we don't eat goose for Christmas. We generally smoke a turkey and a brisket. We have Barbecue. But, thinking about that song, I wanted to do a eat more .... Goose.(Kind of like the Chic Filet cows)
