I made this chart for a friend. I do not have the interactive chart ready on Ribblr yet. But I have the written instructions for you, by color, as shown in the picture. This will be worked in sc back and forth across. Starting at the bottom right corner and going across and back.
This does not have instructions on how to do the intarsia crochet technique. This is just the written colors, line by line.
Briefly though:
Intarsia Crochet
Unlike techniques such as tapestry crochet or Fair Isle crochet, where colors are carried along the back of the work or crocheted over into the fabric, intarsia crochet involves dropping (fastening off) and picking up (reattaching) different colors of yarn as you need them.
This gives you the same picture on the front and the back of the blanket.
This has 164 by 121 squares. If you make a test swatch for me with your yarn and hook size, I can check how big it will be. I checked my doll measurements with medium 4 yarn and a C, 2.75 hook and it would be about 33" by 20" . But, I would never use that small of a hook for a blanket. Wall hanging, maybe.
Message me about PDF's.
