- Yarn Information: for this pattern you can use either 2 strands of a lighter worsted (almost DK) weight yarn held together or a single strand of a heavy worsted/Aran weight yarn
•Sample was made using 2 strands of Mighty Stitch Worsted Weight yarn (this is a very light worsted weight yarn almost DK weight)
•Headband Used – 150 yards (color: spruce)
•Cowl Used – total of 750 yards in 3 colors
•C1 = 250 yards (color: spruce)
•C2 = 250 yards (color: buff)
•C3 = 250 yards (color: silver)
•Using a single strand of heavy worsted/aran weight yarn
•Headband Used – 75 yards
•Cowl Used – total of 375 yards total (or 125 yards of 3 different colors)
