Description
I call this hat Lightning, because it's so fast to make! Sized for babies through adults, your fingers will be moving at the speed of light. The hat is knit seamlessly in the round with gartern stitch diagonal texture ridges, then decreased at the top to shape the crown in stockinette stitch.
I've designated this as an intermediate level hat, but it's very beginner friendly if you are comfortable knitting in the round.
A great stashbuster, you can knit this in one solid color, or go rogue and hold 2 strands of fingering weight yarn together for a marled look. All that matters is that you meet gauge; the rest is up to you.
