This pattern is intermediate level. It requires a magic ring, the popcorn stitch (with instructions included in the pattern), and many color changes. The only sewing required is to attach the ears. If you are confident in these techniques the pattern will be a breeze! But even if you aren't, the rest of the pattern is simple so it could be a good way to learn some new crochet skills.
