Description
CHARACTER
The lungs are a vital organ that supply us with oxygen. They consist of two lung lobes, which are further divided into smaller sections. When we breathe in, air travels through the windpipe into the lungs, where oxygen is absorbed into the blood. At the same time, carbon dioxide, a waste product of the body, is exhaled.
What makes the lungs special is their sponge-like structure with millions of tiny air sacs (alveoli). These ensure that gas exchange happens efficiently. Although the lungs are soft and elastic, they don't have their own muscles they are moved by the diaphragm and other breathing muscles.
Without our lungs, we wouldn't be able to breathe they truly are a marvel of nature!

KEEP THIS IN MIND
Make sure you crochet pretty tight all the way, so you don't get large holes between the stitches. If
you crochet loosely, I suggest you should test a smaller hook size (ex. 2 mm) so that the stuffing
doesn't show once you've filled the toy.

The choice of yarn is completely up to you and your personal taste, but I recommend using an
environmentally friendly yarn (e.g. OEKO-TEX certified) or something from your stash.

All parts will be worked in rows (if the pattern doesn't say otherwise).
