For all the Trekkies out there who want a geeky/ nerdy pattern to show off their dedication to the world of Star Trek. Let your inner geek have fun – this pattern is one of a set that converts a written phrase into binary code, then into a striped crochet pattern.
The 2 coloured stripes will create a bar code appearance.

This simple scarf is crocheted using 2 contrasting colours. The unique aspect of this scarf is that the stripes are not part of a repeating pattern, they spell out
'Tea. Earl Grey. Hot'
in binary code. So this is a treat for all you geeks out there.
This scarf pattern is one of a set and part of a larger collection called
" I'm Sensing Some Geekiness", which is referring back to Counsellor Deanna Troi (from ST:TNG) and her favourite phrase.
The pattern is in written format as the chart is too long to fit on a page and one looses one's place quite easily.
The 2 coloured stripes will create a bar code appearance.
Please note this is not my original concept - however I have permission from the owner to produce free patterns.
