You can now knit your own hot trend accessory for the winter. This hand knit pattern is easy to follow and uses Aran weight yarn so it grows quickly. :) There is no need for circular needles or picking up stitches- keeping it simple for those of you who want to customise!
The techniques included in this pattern are cast on, 1 by 1 rib, stocking stitch, decreasing and sewing up.
Skill level- beginner/intermediate
Yarn weight- Rowan Kid Classic- Aran Weight (finer than typical aran weight)
Needles - 4.5 & 5mm needles
Size- One size. Rib structure gives the finished balaclava stretch.
