Welcome to the wiggly clown pattern :) this pattern give instructions to make a cute little chubby wiggly clown with a ruffle collar! This pattern is intermediate because it involved treble crochets and double crochets for the ruffle collar as well as some sewing, but overall can be a easy quick work up pattern depending on skill and what yarn you use!
