Description
Are you ready to create something magical? If so, get out your wands -I mean crochet hooks, and let's get casting -I mean crocheting!
This cute little scarf is made by crocheting in rows. Inspired by the Harry Potter book series, the colors for this pattern can be customized to suit your plushie's personality (red and gold/yellow for Gryffindor, green and silver/gray for Slytherin, yellow and black for Hufflepuff, or blue and silver/gray for Ravenclaw), or just any colors that you like! This scarf can be a great accessory for either regular or crocheted plushies and the size can be adjusted as necessary.
Skills needed to complete this pattern are:
-Slip knots
-Chains
-Single crochets
-Color changing
Policies: you are welcome to sell finished products, but if you do, please give me credit as the pattern designer. Please do not copy and/or sell this pattern.
Disclaimers:
-There are some similar patterns to this, however, this is my very own pattern and any major similarities were not intended and are just a coincidence.
-This pattern includes lots of color changing and tips on how to color change which may not be suitable for all beginners. Crocheters who are experienced in color changing and have different methods are welcome to use them.
-Chunky yarn is NOT required for this pattern, but if you want it to be around the same size, make sure to start with a longer chain and add more rows to make the scarf longer.
With all that being said, let's get started. I hope you enjoy this pattern! If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask! Also please note that I have attached a picture of a diagram that should be able to help if you get confused or stuck.
