This policy is part of Ribblr’s Terms and Conditions. By purchasing any products or services directly from us, you consent to adhere to both our Terms and Conditions and this Ribblr Products And Services Policy.
INTRODUCTION
Ribblr is a comprehensive marketplace and platform for craft enthusiasts.
Here, you may be able to directly purchase Ribblr-branded products and services, including exclusive patterns and software services.
This policy outlines the terms related to products and services sold directly by Ribblr, including but not limited to patterns on our "Ribblr Free Patterns" or "Ribblr Premium Patterns" shops, PDF conversions, and Ribblr+ subscriptions.
1. RIBBLR DIGITAL CONTENT
At Ribblr, we aim for transparency in our offerings. Digital content, such as patterns available in "Ribblr Free Patterns" or "Ribblr Premium Patterns" is clearly labeled and sold directly by us. Ribblr assumes full responsibility for resolving any issues with these products.

Purchasing or using digital content grants you a license for personal, non-commercial use, subject to our Terms and Conditions, and does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
We may make changes to our digital content at any time and without notice.
2. RIBBLR+ SERVICES
Ribblr+ is our premium subscription service, designed to give you access to exclusive patterns, tools and features. By subscribing to Ribblr+, you agree to the following terms:
2.1 Subscription Offers & Changes
- Ribblr+ offers (e.g. included patterns, credits, discounts, designer tools) may be modified, added or removed at any time without prior notice.
- You are free to amend, upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Changes you make will take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Geographic Variations
- Pricing and specific offers may vary slightly from country to country.
- Ribblr will always strive to provide as equal a service as possible worldwide and is committed to delivering a great user experience in every region.
2.3 Billing, Auto-Renewal & Price Changes
- Ribblr+ subscriptions renew automatically by default at the end of each billing period.
- If we decide to increase subscription prices (excluding promotional, deal or discount renewals), we will notify you at least 7 days before your next renewal date.
- Unless you cancel before renewal, price increases will be applied automatically when auto-renew is in effect.
2.4 Full Service Listing & Support
- A complete, up-to-date list of Ribblr+ features and benefits is available on our subscription page.
- Fair usage policies are applied to all Ribblr+ features to prevent misuse. We would like to emphasize that terms such as 'remove limit', 'limitless', or 'unlimited', while may be offered as part of Ribblr+, are governed by these fair use guidelines. These guidelines are established to prevent abusive behaviors and automated bot activity, ensuring a quality experience for all users.

3. ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE-AS-A-SERVICE PRODUCTS
3.1 Ribblr offers Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, like our PDF conversion tool for ePatterns.
As the direct seller, Ribblr addresses any service-related issues.

3.2 Ribblr Gems
Ribblr Gems (“Gems”) are proprietary, non-monetary digital tokens issued by Ribblr. Gems have no cash value and may not be redeemed for currency, exchanged, sold, traded, transferred or otherwise monetized.
Gems serve solely as reward for users for designated activities (e.g., engagement milestones, promotions, subscription benefits). Gems may be redeemed only against Ribblr’s pre-defined patterns, features, services or content, at Ribblr’s sole discretion. Ribblr reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any redemption options at any time without notice.
Ribblr may grant, adjust or revoke any Gems in any user account at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
We generally provide a Gem(s) gift when users join Ribblr+ for the first time, however this promotion may not be available at all times or for all users.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of grant or purchase, Gems do not expire. However, Ribblr may alter the expiration period on a platform- or account-specific basis at any time and without notice.
Upon suspension or termination of a user account for any reason, all unredeemed Gems shall be immediately removed and forfeited.
Any attempt to tamper with, manipulate, reverse-engineer, fraudulently acquire, duplicate, sell or otherwise abuse the Gems system will result in immediate forfeiture of all Gems and may lead to suspension or termination of the user’s account.
4. TERMS OF SALE
Our standard policies, including our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, apply to all transactions.
Note that Ribblr reserves the right to modify the terms of sale or service features including pricing, at any time, and how such changes will be communicated to users.
Local laws may require Ribblr to apply additional taxes or fees to your purchases.
When additional terms are applicable, they will be clearly communicated to you.
5. DISPUTES, DELIVERIES, RETURNS AND REFUNDSDisputes:
a. Mandatory Dispute Process: Any payment disputes must first be brought to Ribblr’s customer support, providing us with a minimum of 14 days to address and remedy the issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank.
You can reach out through the community section as a private message or via email to support[at]ribblr.com. We ask that any dispute be reported within 7 days of receiving the product or service, whether it is digital or physical.
b. False Disputes: Users who falsely dispute payments, such as claims of fraud or unauthorized transactions while continuing to use the services, will be considered in violation of this policy and deemed to be engaging in abuse.
c. Handling Fee: Any user found to have submitted a false payment dispute will incur a handling fee of $30 USD per dispute, which must be paid within 14 days to avoid account suspension or termination.
d. Account Termination and Legal Action: Ribblr reserves the right to immediately terminate any account involved in false payment disputes. Additionally, Ribblr may pursue legal action to recover any associated costs or damages.
e. Continued Legal Rights: Payment of the handling fee does not preclude Ribblr from taking further legal action against users who engage in fraudulent activities.
Deliveries: Digital products and services, including but not limited to digital patterns and Ribblr+ subscriptions, are delivered instantly upon purchase. For physical products or services, delivery terms, including costs and estimated times, are detailed within each individual listing.
Returns and Refunds: Digital products and services are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased. For physical products or services, the refund and return policy will be specified in the individual listing. If no return or refund policy is stated, it should be understood that the item is not eligible for return or refund. This ensures clarity and sets explicit expectations for purchases made on Ribblr.
6. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ribblr shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of any of our products or services.
All digital products and services offered by Ribblr are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the functions contained in the digital products or services will meet your requirements or that the operation of the digital products or services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Accordingly, users assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of our products and services.
