Ribblr Special Events Participation Agreement

By selecting the "Special Event" checkbox within your shop settings, you, the undersigned (hereafter referred to as "Participant"), hereby agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Ribblr LTD ("Ribblr"): 1. Event Participation and Pattern Selection: Participant consents to Ribblr selecting and featuring any patterns from Participant’s shop in special events organized by Ribblr, including but not limited to Flash Thursday or other sale events. This consent includes Ribblr's right to discount Participant’s patterns on their behalf by up to 50% for a duration of up to seven (7) days. Patterns may be featured and selected for multiple events. 2. Promotion and Event Exposure: In return for participation, Ribblr commits to promoting the selected patterns as part of the special events. Promotions may include visibility on the homepage, email promotions, community highlights, banners, notifications, social media exposure, and paid advertisements. All promotional costs will be borne by Ribblr. 3. Claims Limitation Attempt: While Ribblr is not obligated to, it will make an attempt to limit the number of claims for each discounted pattern to ensure exclusivity and value for Participant. 4. Opt-Out Provision: Participants may opt out of the special events program at any time by deselecting the "Special Event" checkbox within their shop settings. However, once a pattern is selected for a specific event, the Participant cannot opt out for the duration of that event but may opt out for future events. 5. Program Name Change: For the avoidance of doubt, should the name of the Ribblr Special Events program change in the future, the terms of this agreement will remain in full effect under the new program name. 6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. 7. Indemnification and Liability: The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ribblr from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to Participant’s participation in the special events organized by Ribblr. Ribblr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of Participant’s participation in the events or Participant’s patterns. 8. Integration with Terms and Conditions: This agreement is part of and subject to the standard Terms and Conditions of Ribblr. By opting into the special events program, Participant agrees to be bound by Ribblr’s Terms and Conditions, including any amendments thereto. By opting in, Participant confirms their understanding of and agreement to the terms outlined herein, including Ribblr's right to select and discount patterns for special events. This agreement is effective upon Participant's selection of the "Special Event" checkbox and remains in effect until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms outlined above.
