If you have an issue with a pattern you purchased please first contact the designer you bought the pattern from. You can do this directly from within the pattern by clicking the 'Contact designer' option on the help menu. Alternatively, go to your patterns library and click the paper plane icon on the top right corner of the pattern. If the designer hasn't reached back or wasn't able to help, you can contact us using the Get in touch button in the footer and we will do our best to assist.
