No issues with the pattern. I did more than twenty rows so the snake didn‘t end in white. I honestly didn‘t count how many I did. Overall good pattern. With the thicker yarn, I think it had a bit more trouble with the twirls, but I think it still looks nice, not sure how much it would curl with the amount of rows in the pattern. I used Bernat Blanket Tye-Dye-Ish in the color Pebble Beach and Bernat Baby Blanket Firetruck Red for the tongue with 7mm hook, 16mm red eyes,
