I measured each row very precisely with the HDC stitches, but was unable to achieve the 10" length with the suggested hook size and yarn weight. I understand that the pattern isn't always exact, but it is really unfortunate that I found this one to have two weird sizing issues where one thing was too big while the other was too small. The crescent moon pocket doesn't lie flat for me for whatever reason... I've added a whole extra section so it can close properly for my needs. It's otherwise a good and easy to follow pattern!
