Description
This pattern includes step by step instructions with images to create your own crocheted hook case!
The case is made of 3 parts. The first has a mini pocket and a moon granny square pocket. The second part has the hook holders - above them you can attach how many stitch markers you want. The last part has a big pocket that is useful if you have many crochet hooks. On top of this pocket there is another small one, at the bottom.
The measurements will be mentioned in the pattern so that if you are working with different yarn weight and hook you can end up with the same result as mine!

already worried that the edges are wonky as shit even though i've been chaining one and turning the work every time.... lets hope it doesn't affect the look of the final product!!

Changed some stuff (2nd small pocket, boarder, no star) but super awesome

I would consider this pattern more intermediate than beginner, due to some advanced sewing techniques you have to use in assembly, and a few uncommon stitches. I made this pattern using both the written pattern and watching a YouTube video by this pattern creator. There were a few discrepancies between the written pattern and video, and I had to remake a few pieces due to confusion. I also decided to go with plastic buttons rather than crocheted, because I wasn't sure how to sew the crocheted button on while still making it flare out enough to go through the buttonhole. Overall, this is a great pattern to get for free, and while there are a few unclear instructions, you will end up with a super cute product.

This was the first project I completed after not crocheting for a long time. I accidently used the wrong hook size, but it was very easy and the results are useful and cute!

I changed the border and some of the colors as I ran out of yarn but overall was very fun to make. Found out I hate sewing though haha.

the pattern was really easy to follow I loved the videos for the more unusual stitches and the pictures for the different steps I used two skeins (50g each) of the teal and one skein of the purple. i had to change the big pocket and the hook holder to purple since I didn't have enough of the teal and since I then didn't have enough of the purple I changed the border colour as well so if you are using 50 g skeins (I used the friends 8/8 cotton from hobbii) i would recommend 3 skeins of base color and 1 of the other color

This pattern was super user friendly and I was able to complete my first full crochet project! Obviously it's not the best but I'm proud!

I loved this lil project!!! It was super fun to make. The sewing became tedious at times but I truly do love sewing in a project. This is going to be super useful so I don't have to keep track of my safety eyes and needles as they have been scattered around. I love this so much and it taught me to do my first granny square!!!

Ended up rushing this towards the end, which you can see, fljghlfjkhg. Have just a couple final details to handle :) Thought I'd get more utility out of a pocket, but I was wrong. Debating going back and just doing the strap the pattern calls for, or sewing in dividers on the pocket. Gonna give it some thought. Modified the pattern to comfortably fit 9 extra crochet hooks, and haven't made one of the pockets, as I didn't have a use case in mind for it. Used milk cotton yarn from Aliexpress.

Probably took a full 24 hours for me to make. Definitely made a lot of mistakes along the way but that was from misreading the pattern. This was my first time using a written pattern and it was pretty easy to follow.
