See picture, i had to crochet XL to reach the bottom of cone specified for Medium. i increased to 27 stitches around

challenging pattern only in the fact that you have to remember to TURN at specified rounds. it would have been helpful if pattern stated ” yes you do sc in the top of the bobble”. I figured it out utilizing sc counts at the end of each round.
