Chunky Mesh OvershirtI followed the instructions for the L/XL and it worked up so quickly! would absolutely recommend this pattern to others and i‘m starting a second one tomorrow in a dusty blue! I did not test gauge (I never do and that‘s on me) and I am my own complaint lol there is absolutely nothing wrong with this pattern (hi, im the problem, it‘s me) I sized down to a 9 mm hook and used a super bulky 6 yarn thinking i‘d still get the oversized look. obviously you can see from the pic that it‘s very fitted and not what I had planned for but again, that‘s MY fault. i‘m using the same yarn and hook for my next one but will be making the 2X/3X size for a bit of a looser fit. from start to finish, I took about four-five hours (including the times I had spaced out while watching tv), again this pattern works up super quickly and it‘s very simple where you can just zone out and not really have to count stitches for most of it! it‘s also the first pattern that i‘ve done any type of border on front panels AND my first collar! I can‘t stress enough that I was the issue with this pattern lol i‘m so excited to start my next one!
