The quick nature makes it great as a palette cleanser project or just something to keep your hands busy without needing a ton of focus. A great scrap project/stashbuster, super stylish, and a lot of fun - highly recommend! Appreciate the options for customization, too. Seeing the sequins in the sample made me think of how easy and cute it would be to add beads! (More photos/angles in previous journals below!)

Going with cotton, has less give/stretch than acrylic so I'll see if that has any bearing on the pattern (the difference in yarn elasticity might be worth noting, but also might be overkill haha), but so far so good. I think the cues thus far are great, as well, the encouraging to try it on and adjust. I always appreciate a preview of the pattern construction, as well.

My only suggestion, which isn't really a necessity but would be welcomed, would be to include a sort of closeup photo of this toe loop on this step so we might get an idea or visual reference of how far up/down it should rest on the top of our foot IF that placement matters for the purposes of fit in the rest of the pattern. If it is moreso a matter of personal preference, stating that might alleviate any concerns about looking "right".

Notes: I'm using paintbox yarns cotton dk which has low stretch. Using 4.5mm hook and ch18 to start. 
Normally I'd go down a hook size or two, but I'm not sure if gauge is relevant or necessary here, so I'm sticking with the recommended hook size.
