Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at anytime. We use pro-rata pricing so when you upgrade you only need to pay the difference between tiers, and not the full amount.

You can try Ribblr+ for free. As you join you get to enjoy all the perks for 14 days. On day 14 your membership will auto-renew and you will be charged. You can cancel anytime before that to stop the auto-renewal.

Gems are a fun digital token that you earn by being a Ribblr+ member.
Use your Gems to claim premium Gem Patterns for free - there's a new drop of Gem Patterns to choose from every month! Each Gem can be used for any Gem Pattern priced up to $7 USD. Higher cost Gem Patterns (e.g $11 USD) may be worth 2 Gems.
By the way, your Gems never expire so you can claim the perfect pattern whenever you’re ready. A new selection of Gem Patterns is released every month so you can always choose the best premium patterns to redeem with your free gems.

Yes. You can cancel Ribblr+ at anytime from your personal dashboard. Once you cancel your membership will continue until the next billing cycle and then stop. For example, if you sign up on 1 May and cancel on 20 May, your membership will end on 31 May and won’t auto-renew in June.

Yes. Ribblr is built by crafters and for crafters. Despite the great costs that comes with developing and maintaining our unique features, we remain committed to keeping Ribblr accessible for all crafters.

This means that if you claim an unusually high number of free patterns in a short period of time, your access may be temporarily limited under our fair usage policy.
