First try to reset your password - go to the log-in window and click the 'forgot password' button. If that doesn’t help, try a different device or a different web browser (or a private/incognito window). Clear your browser cache and cookies, then sign out and sign back in on all devices you use. Make sure you are logging in to the same account that owns the patterns - you can find your patterns in your patterns library. If you signed up with Google and want to use the app, enter your Google email on the log in window and use 'forgot password' to set a password for app access. Check your email (including spam) for any messages from Ribblr about account issues or suspensions. If you still can’t get in, Get in touch and include: 1. your Ribblr username and the email you use 2. the names of any patterns you can’t access (or order id/date if you have it) 3. screenshots or a short video showing the problem
