You should receive a receipt via email as soon as you buy a pattern. If you did not get a receipt please check your spam folder or get in touch with the designer you bought the pattern from. You can do this directly from within the pattern by clicking the 'Contact designer' option on the help menu. Alternatively, go to your patterns library and click the paper plane icon on the top right corner of the pattern.
