Yes - you can enable Left-hand mode. Open any ePattern, open the settings menu and select 'Left-hand'. Left-hand mode flips charts, shows left-hand stitch tutorial videos and is saved to your preferences so it applies across devices. It also lets you flip photos with a single click - expand the preview photo first.
