Yes. To replace media simply tap on the line, then click the media option in the toolbar shown. The new media you upload will override the previously uploaded media. To remove an added media simply click the preview icon to the right of that line (such as the photo icon) and then look for the bin icon. Tap it to remove the media from that line.
