Hi there, how can we help?

Help center Yarn Yarn quality and care I found a knot or join in my yarn. Is that normal?

I found a knot or join in my yarn. Is that normal?

A knot is where two ends of yarn are tied together during production. It can happen when yarn is spun, dyed, wound, or packed, and a small number of knots or joins is normal in yarn. If you find too many knots, damaged yarn, or anything that makes the yarn hard to use, report it from My Orders so we can help.
