Just as you have a ohtoo for the tail, I think a photo for the other sections would be equally helpful.
For the collar sewing around instruction maybe show a photo. As this is geared towards beginners, being less ambiguous is always better. Are we just weaving in and out around the neck or are we using rhr loops to secure it?
Instructions so far look good and clear. My only recommendation presently is to add photos at the end of each section so people can reference their design against your own. For instance, I'm not sure what shape I should be going for with the body/head, but if I had a picture (without appendages) I could compare it with my own and make any adjustments needed. With this being labeled as for beginners, in particular, more pictures would certainly be helpful. ^.^ The only other considerations you might possibly make would be to 1. Clarify if we are sewing the eyes around the stitch vertically or horizontally, that is to say are we weaving around the stitch betwen rows 6/7 or around a single stitch in row 7, if that makes sense. I think either might potentially work, but it isn't totally clear what we are stitching around, and 2. Move the start stuffing instructions a little sooner, before we start decreasing, to make it easier to fill the head.
