I think this is a delightful little pattern and fairly simple aside from the bobble stitches.

Here are some other pattern notes/suggestions:

Define personal use more clearly. Do you mean the pattern is for personal use and you don't want people to share it without permission? Or do you mean that you don't want people to sell items made from the pattern? Both? This is mostly to protect yourself and your wishes, so make sure you are clear about what you mean!!

It would be helpful to indicate somewhere what a bobble stitch is with regards to this pattern, as bobble stitches can vary.

A photo after the bobble row and at the end would be great additions. A photo of the eye/mouth placement would be great,  too, and any progress photos would be a bonus!

Revisit rounds 3 and 4; it might make more sense to fuse them back into one round. I would also double check to make sure your stitch counts add up.

Separate the repeat rows on row 6 for easier tracking (it's nice to be able to cross them off).

That's all I can think of at the moment; will take better photos tomorrow!
