One of these awesome ponchos is made in 4 pieces (2 styles) they are sewn together at the end., while the other has a definite yoke and flares from the bottom of the yoke into a lacy elegant poncho, finished with a ribbon at the end.

Both are made top down so you can stop when you get to your desired length. Careful with the Farfalle poncho though. It is designed to be large, long and wintry, so use that 1st panel to decide where you want to stop, or keep going to the end of the 1st panel, and make the piece in all it's glory.
